Order can be cancelled as long as order is in Processing/Preparing for Dispatch status before shipping. You can contact our customer support to cancel the order. In case of prepaid order, if order is cancelled without any issue from Trend In Need then Payment Gateway charges (i.e. 3% of amount paid) will be deducted from the amount paid and amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-12 days of cancellation request accepted. In case cancellation is due to any issue from Trend In Need then the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of the cancellation request accepted.

To avoid any dispute we request to take parcel opening video so the issue can be resolved at the earliest. In case of any above issue contact our customer support on WhatsApp number +91 8240881831 with the images of product received and video of parcel opening and mention the issue in the product received. We only ask that you simply don’t use the merchandise and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refund Policy:
Once return request is accepted by Trend In Need return pickup will be arranged or Customer can do self shipping. Please note in case of Self shipping tracking needs to be shared within 24-48hrs of return request approved. Once the return product is delivered back to Trend In Need quality checks will be done which require at least 24-48hrs. After Quality check refund will be initiated to the original payment method and it takes 10-12 days to reflect in the customer bank account.
Trend In need Wholesale will arrange only 2 attempts for return pickup in case customer fails to handover return parcel to the courier person then Return request will be cancelled. In Case of Self shipping, return parcel tracking needs to be shared within 24-48hrs of return request approved. Failing to which return request will be cancelled and if customer shipped the parcel after 24-48hrs timeline then Trend In Need will not accept the return product and will not be responsible for any loss or damage of such order in transit.

If you have a proper Business Document and GST Certificate then you can contact our customer support for a single piece sample order at Wholesale price for checking the product quality. In case you don’t have any proper Business document and Gst Certificate then you have to buy a single piece from our Trend In Need website at customer price.
This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Trend In Need assumes no liability in this regard. In the event that you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Trend In Need assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped item.
